Legal & General | Financial Services. As Programme Director for Operational and Technology Resilience, led a global transformation programme to design, implement and embed operational and cyber resilience across a complex federated financial organisation. The result: resilience embedded as business-as-usual across divisions and geographies.



Primark | Retail. As Cyber & DR Resilience Consultant, led the design and implementation of a Secure Isolated Recovery Environment (SIRE) to prepare for ransomware and other cyber threats; acted as Programme Manager and lead Resilience and Recovery SME, advising technical leads on design and implementation.



Direct Line Group | Insurance. As Interim Head of Operational Resilience and Technology Resilience, led a regulatory risk mitigation programme spanning cyber resilience, operational resilience, risk, disaster recovery and incident response for more than 12,000 employees on three continents, delivered within budget and tight timeframes, with evidence delivered to the FCA for successful closure.



Seqirus | Pharmaceuticals. As Resilience and Cyber Risk Consultant, developed a framework aligning business continuity, disaster recovery, technology and cyber risk, information security, quality and compliance, and incident response; completed a gap assessment and initiated standards, strategies and policies. The engagement also delivered audit scope, risk and test plans, scenario development, tolerance exercises, metrics and end-to-end service mapping, giving the organisation a working resilience baseline.
