As part of Business Continuity contract with ICM, Andy worked with HomeServe to redevelop its IT Disaster Recovery processes. This piece of work was challenging and had very tight timescales. Andy showed great skill and knowledge and delivered a great piece of work on time and to a very high standard. On a personal note he is very personable and easy to work with. I very much hope to work with him again in the future.
Andrew delivered a series of lectures and seminar exercises for me at the University of Warwick on "Business Continuity, Risk and Cloud Computing". The lectures were to students on our taught MSc programmes. This was not a typical "business" presentation and required a different skill-set to get the message across to the 93 students from 27 different countries, with varying academic backgrounds. Students can be a demanding audience, but Andrew was thoroughly prepared and the material was engaging and delivered in a relaxed and authoritative style which was universally well received. We hope to welcome Andrew back to Warwick for our next intake of students and I look forward to working with him again.
